The launch and the creek itself seem to be silting badly, there are a lot of rocks at the launch making it even more difficult to launch here.
The creek itself is lined with litter mostly Gatorade bottles, usually its beer bottles and cans, but it seems that gatorade bottles are the prevalent offender here. The other this that struck me as strange, is that there were also a lot of balls, Baseballs, Tennis Balls, Playground balls, softballs, no idea where they came from but there was a lot...
I have to think that the reason the creek seems so bad off, is that we have not really had any major storms in the area that would cause enough water flow to flush the creek out. I may come back to to a look after a significant storm has a chance to flush things out.
I'd have to say the best thing about this trip were the 5 or 6 large spiders by the launch area.
