I am not even sure you are allowed to launch kayaks from the beach here, but I could not find any thing that said otherwise, except for common sense maybe.
This area is very touristy, year round, good weather and bad, you can almost always expect issues with parking.
Maybe just use the coordinates as a reference for a destination.
