Wilcox Landing
This is another of those places where there is nothing saying that it is NOT legal to launch, so I can only assume it is ok. It is a public facility with a fishing pier and a marsh boardwalk.
The beach here is a sandy rocky beach, and when I visited there was a section dredging pipe beached here.
There is parking for about a dozen cars as well as a restroom.
