South Quay Road
Found this one quite by accident, I was headed to the General Vaughn Bridge, for a trip, when I saw several boat trailers parked along the side of the road, and a cut through to the river. I decided to give it a go.
This launch serves a nice section of the Blackwater river, about halfway between Franklin and the North Carolina Border.
