Lake Smith Fishing Station
Even though this is technically in Virginia Beach, it is Norfolk's water, and as such, Norfolk rules apply, and you have to have a boat permit($5 day, $40 annual).
The lake itself is fairly good size.
There is a lot of parking for both cars and cars with trailers.
The facility is open Sunrise to Sunset daily.
