Blackwater Landing Franklin VA

Blackwater landing in Franklin, is a very nice facility primarily for power boats. I imagine the only time you would have any problems launching here would be if the fishing was really good. The ramp is concrete with dock on both sides.

There is a nice park that runs along the river to North of the ramp, that looks like it would be a nice place to relax and enjoy lunch, as long as the wind is blowing the right way. The smell coming off of the paper mill across the river can ruin your appetite.

There is plenty of parking, as well as toilets.
