Back Creek park launch in York County provides access to the mouth of the York River at the Chesapeake Bay.

The facility consists of 2 concrete ramps making up 2 sides of a roughly triangular dock. The is no beach, just mud flats to either side, so you are limited to the ramps.

This ramp provides access to Back Creek, Claxton Creek, the York River, the Chesapeake Bay and the Goodwyn Islands.

Keep in mind that this area is tidal, so plan accordingly.
